It’s a simple way to restrain someone and everyone knows how to do it, whether it’s on the street or on the school playground.
Because this is a really simple move to apply, even for non-fighters, there have been a few cases reported of injuries from incompetent application of the full nelson.
What makes it even more dangerous, however, is the fact that it can maim you or even kill you. The attacker simply has to push down hard enough on your neck and they could break your neck.
